Suggested Use:
Apply Tiger Balm to the affected area. Feel the warmth of its ingredients helping to relieve muscle soreness and stiffness. Use Regular Strength White Tiger Balm to warm up light muscle before exercises. Apply Extra Strength Red Tiger Balm to overworked muscles to help reduce aches and pains. Both Regular-Strength White and Extra-Strength Red Tiger Balm start to work immediately to give you temporary relief from muscle soreness, overexertion, simple backaches, arthritis and joint pains. Rub well on affected area. Repeat 3-4 times daily. For children under 2, consult a physician.
Warning:
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If condition worsens or persists for more than seven days, discontinue use and consult a physician.
