SAF Red Yeast is a fast-acting instant yeast for use traditional baking and bread machines in recipes containing low to moderate sugar levels. Does not require rehydration; may be added directly to dry ingredients. Liquid temperature should be 120-130F.2 teaspoons = 1 package of dry yeast.
Lesafre SAF-Instant Instant Yeast:
- Granular free-flowing yeast for use in doughs with sugar levels of up to 12% flour.
- Kosher yeast is best for short-time fermentation processes.
