Guggul extract is isolated from the crude guggul gum of the Commiphora mukul tree, which is native to India. The bioactive components, guggulsterones, are standardized to min. 2.5%. This ancient plant is referenced in the classical Ayurvedic text 'Sushruta Samhita' for its traditional uses.

Suggested Usage:
Take 2 tablets 2 to 3 times daily.
Caution: For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant/nursing women.
