Senna (Cassia angustifolia) (leaf) 1.8g
Stevia Extract (Stevia rebaudiana) (leaf) 30mg
Other Ingredients: Orange Peel (Citrus reticulata), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Natural Flavors, Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis), Eleutherococcus senticosus, Papaya Leaf (Carica papaya), German Chamomile Leaf (Matricaria recutita), Japanese Honeysuckle Leaf (Lonicera japonica).
Directions:
Pour 12oz. boiling water over tea bag and let steep for 2 minutes. Do not over steep! Press tea bag gently and remove. Drink one 6 oz. cup after your evening meal, saving the rest for the following day (may be enjoyed hot or cold).
Three or four days later, you may increase the strength and flavor or your tea if you wish by brewing with 6 oz. of water. It is important not to have more than one cup in a 24 hour period. Do not take for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor. Not for children under 12.
NOTICE: This product contains Senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
