Dovetail Organics Cramp Relief Herbal Tea

If those monthly cramps are killing you, our herbal tea will do wonders for you. Cramps are partly related to the drop in calcium levels that a woman experiences about 10 days before her cycle. Our tea is rich in calcium, pain relieving herbs and hormone balancing herbs. Use this tea for immediate relief; use it monthly and you will find a substantial lessening of your cramps and pain!
Ingredients:
Organic and wild crafted herbs of: raspberry leaf, chaste berries, motherwort, nettle, oats, peppermint, and California poppy.
Instructions:
You will use about 1 teaspoon per 8 ounces. You can adjust this to your own taste. 1 bag of our tea will typically make 40 - 60 8 ounce servings.
To brew your tea: To extract the essence out of herbal teas, they must be brewed in water that is at the boiling point and for a duration of 5 - 7 minutes. For a more medicinal effect steep 15-30 minutes. Will keep refrigerated for 24 hours.
