Licorice Tea...
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), whose genus name is appropriately derived from the Greek words meaning "sweet root", is used worldwide as a flavoring for foods, beverages and assorted confections. However, as early as the third century B.C., herbalists valued the beneficial properties licorice root had to offer, traditionally using the herb to support upper respiratory health.
Alvita Licorice Tea is made with premium-quality, organic licorice root, and exudes the delightfully sweet flavor and aroma most people associate with black licorice.

Suggested Use:
Preparation: Place one tea bag in a cup and add 8 oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 15 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag and remove.
How to Brew: 1.Pour 8 oz;
2.Temp 212 F;
3.Steep 15 min
Add sweetener if desired. We recommend 3 cups daily.
