L-Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid and plays an important role in
the production of the neurotransmitters dopamine and norepinephrine as well as
a precursor for adrenaline.

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 L-Tyrosine capsule 1 to 3 times daily, preferably
between meals.
Free of: sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, egg, milk or
preservatives.
Other Ingredients: Gelatin (capsule) and Magnesium Stearate and Stearic Acid.
Warnings: Persons with thyroid disease (hyperthyroidism), melanoma,
or those taking MAO inhibitors or other mood altering medications should seek
