Hyland's Kids Kit has been especially designed to assist you in discovering
the benefits of homeopathy. The kit is recommended for use in self-limiting conditions
and conditions that do not require medical monitoring or diagnosis. We recommend
you use this kit with Homeopathic Medicine at Home by Panos & Heimlich and/or
Everybody's Guide to Homeopathic Medicines by Cummings and Ullman. The brochure
included in this package is not intended to assist in prescribing, rather to assist
in understanding the contents of the kit and the uses for these specially chosen
remedies. This kit features Hylands special triturated tablets which are soft
and dissolve instantly in the mouth. If your child is too small to take even a
soft tablet, simply dissolve the tablet in a little warm water.
This Homeopathic Kids Kit contains 30X potencies. The 30X potencies
are relatively "low" and quite appropriate for home use. Higher potencies
are generally the province of a licensed health care provider.
The brochure in this kit was carefully written by Maesimund Panos, M.D. Each
remedy has a section on the primary uses of the remedy and a chart for easy
use. A key word and symptom index appears at the end of the brochure, where
you can look up key symptoms for direction to the proper remedy.
For every remedy, the proper dosage information is printed. Follow these directions
carefully. Remember, if the condition persists for more than secen days, discontinue
the remedy and seek the advice of a health care provider. Remedies are best
taken at any time other than within fifteen minutes of a meal.
Each Kids Kit contains:
Aconite (Aconitum Napellus): 250 tablets. For colds and fevers with sudden onset.
Arnica (Arnica Montana): 250 tablets. For bruising and muscle sorenes.
Belladonna: 250 tablets. For fevers and inflammation.
Calendula (Non-alcoholic): 1 Fl. Oz. For minor skin irritations.
Chamomilla: 250 tablets. For teething and irritability.
Ferrum Phosphoricum: 250 tablets. For fevers and inflammation.
Hepar Sulph. Calc.: 250 tablets. For cough and runny nose.
Warnings
If treated with respect, your kit requires no special handling. Keep the kit
away from extremes of temperature and strong odors. Endeavor to refrain from
handling the tablets directly with your fingers - it is better to put the tablet
into the bottle cap and dispense it from there.
